Description
The Cold War was an era of tensions between the capitalist and communist societies of the United States and the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics. It was filled with fear, mistrust and rivalry. The once called "Allied Forces" will no longer be allies, as the conflict between containment and expansion tears them apart. Though the world is fearing the outbreak of a nuclear war, perhaps there is still hope left...

A bit of fair warning... My project is purely inspired by the unit on Post WWII history in the AMERICAN PERSPECTIVE. I am trying my best to achieve minimal bias while keeping in mind the historiography of other nations. But if you straight out disagree with my teachers' view, well... then THAT'S TOO BAD. ♥
If you wanna argue about historical accuracy, you must have taken US and European History in order to debate with me. And for your claims, provide solid analysis from a reliable source.

As fascinating as this comic is, I have studied the Cold War very recently at college, and did an exam and a piece of coursework on it.
There are several key things I think you should have put in in the first pages, or at least mentioned:
- Atlantic Charter
- 1941 Moscow Conference
- Tehran Conference
- 1944 Warsaw Uprising and Soviet non-intervention (its failure allowed Stalin to install a pro-Soviet government in Poland with little opposition)
- Britain, Russia, and the percentages agreement at the 1944 Moscow Conference (and the American reaction)
- Yalta Conference
- Atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki (was it to end the Pacific War and/or send out a warning to the Soviets?)
- Potsdam Conference
- USA and USSR now the world's superpowers - UK and France now merely second-rate superpowers
- Roles of Harry S. Truman, James F. Byrnes, Clement Attlee, Ernest Bevin, Joseph Stalin, and Vyacheslav Molotov
- George F. Kennan's Long Telegram
- Novikov Telegram
- Restatement of Policy on Germany
- Greek Civil War (and its role in establishing the Truman Doctrine)
- Turkish Straits crisis
- Allied Control Council disagreements over the politics, economy, and military of post-war Germany
- Truman Doctrine
- Marshall Plan
- Formation of Bizonia and Trizonia
- Formation of Comecon and Cominform
- 1948 Tito-Stalin split
- 1948 Czechoslovak coup d'etat
- Berlin Blockade and Airlift
- Detonation of RDS-1 (USSR's first nuclear weapon), which ended USA's nuclear monopoly
Also, I think you should have included Germany and Prussia - they were the main focus of the Cold War in its early years. China and East Asia didn't really become an issue until 1949.

Please dont focus too much on real history. Cuz you know, history is different in different nations' point of view. That's why I love Hetalia for making thing less serious and more neutral point of view.

Unfortunately, I would enjoy Hetalia more if it focused on real history. But, I try to be as neutral as I can, given that I've learned everything in the Western perspective. My teachers were excellent and fair (enough lol).

Yeah, the manga and anime only focus on WWII... so I was like "hey, maybe I should continue the story." And then came the creation of this comic. I want to continue this, but I'm not crazy about Hetalia as I once was. 8(
