I started working out regularly a couple months ago. Nothing special, just a bit of cardio and some weight training. A few days ago, I introduced pilates to the mix which absolutely kill but are just so good for centering oneself.

Anyway, I started to notice some results today both in muscle tone and in my attitude. I feel happier, more balanced and I have more energy. I going to keep it going the same way as these drawings. I have no excuse not to.

I love reading the story that goes with it you do look happier and energetic in this portrait. Somehow youthful and vitalized, it's largely the colors, but the soft shapes help too
