Some nice runway pictures I got for my evening wear dress I made for our 2nd & 3rd Year fashion show.The theme of the show was "Original Sin." But it did not have any direct influence on the designs of the dresses in the show, since we handed in our designs before the event planning class came up with the theme.
"Kaori" is my dress
A silk red dress that cost me an arm and a leg. My model did a great job ^__^; The dress was a bit too big for her, and I should have went into the dress rehearsal to adjust the straps.. -__-;

That dress is beauuutiful hon! The addition of black tulle on the bottom was a good choice, it's very tasteful and lovely!

Thank you ^__^ I have to add some more tulle on the bottom. There is red and a weird beige colored tulle on the inside, but for some reason, I either cut it too short or had sewn it too short according to what I originally had...O_O; So all you see if the black. But...I'm happy with the way it turned out

There is some beadwork, 90% of it is ribbon actually. The beading is very (VERY) subtle...It didn't really how up in the pictures... -__-;

Oh mostly ribbon? I just saw a shine here and here. Well the detailing looks nice anyway ^.^. I just thought it was maybe all beadwork and thought OMG must have taken forever 0.0;; lol.
