Interesting theory, unfortunately not very possible.
Since all dinosaurs are the ancestors of birds and most likely had feathers, they wouldn’t have external ears. But it's possible that owl 'ear tuffs' could theorically exist on dinosaurs, since their just a bunch of feathers that look like ears.
