I didn't have any ideas, but I wanted to draw something. So, I googled "may 7th 2019". <-- Yes, I googled without capitalizing May.

I saw this website: www.wincalendar.com/Calendar/D… , and I saw a section that said " Radio Day".

I then went on Wikipedia (don't always rely on Wikipedia, everyone. I went there because it is easier to access and it is easier to understand.) Radio Day is "a commemeration of the development of radio in Russia." It took place on the 7th of May in 1895 when Alexander "Popov successfully demonstrated his invention." Radio Day is celebrated by both Russia and Bulgaria.

So, since it was an official date celebrated in Russia, I wanted to draw Russia (since Russia is still present to this day) and USSR (since "Radio Day was first observed in the Soviet Union in 1945, on the 50th anniversary of Popov's experiment, and some four decades after his death"). I also wanted to add the baby because she's half Russian.

I hope you guys like the sketch. If you are wondering what Russia and the tUSSR are carrying, they are carrying a poorly drawn radio. Since I saw a picture of the radio from the front-side, I had to imagine from what it would look like from the side.
(Actually, I do not know if I drew the right radio. I googled the radio on my laptop, and I googled the same thing on my phone, amd I got different results. So, I messed up on the drawing.
