Occa could barely believe this was their last day for the trials. She and Kim had completed the other three events and today was the finale of their hard work. Even after yesterday's excitement, Kim seemed to be full of energy as Occa prepped for their performance. Occa brushed Kim's coat till it shined as well as possible in the overcast weather. She was just grateful it wasn't raining again. One could only handle so much rain; especially while roughing it in a Featherlite Living Quarters Trailer. What was worse there were some people camping in tents during the event. In a tent, in Australia, in the rain...Occa would never understand some individuals. Her mind continued to wander as she braided Kim's mane and tail. Occa continued to think back on each trial and how well they did together. Each assessment had been so different and presented such a wide array of challenges. Her favorite still had to be Clancy's ride. Kim had excelled during the performance and had been so confident and sure of her self. Maybe Occa needed to start thinking of endurance training for the mare.

Occa finished tacking Kim with time to spare and decide to watch her friend Kat's ride with Silvyr while waiting for their turn. Kat and Silvyr had also done exceptionally well during the trials. Kat and Silvyr made such a dynamic and smooth team. They had improved so much since their beginning time together and Occa felt honored to witness such a bond develop. Occa couldn't have been happier having her best friend there and competing together. She knew their next project would be arriving soon and couldn't wait to undertake this new adventure with Kat. Hearing her name be called next Occa steered Kim to the arena and excitedly started their turn.

Work the next few weeks is going to be crazy so wanted to get this done and uploaded as soon as possible! I might be a little MIA till November I'm so relieved I got all four done as I wasn't sure I was going to have time. This has been so fun to work on and I love how each of the trials got to be different from the next. And I'm so happy I've gotten to add to my characters story-lines, so much more to go but gotta start somewhere. Wish I could have been open to more rp but I just didn't have the time. Can't wait to see all the entries for this event, everybody has done so great so far!!!
