My personal favorite of the Sun and Moon starters and especially so since I choose water starters at the start of a generation.Love this little Seal Lion. Also kinda the dig the circus motif.
Unfortunately, this guy is already starting to suffer from Oshawott syndrome. Hopefully its final form will amaze people.
