Personality:
-Strengths: He is sharply intelligent. His eyes, which are often hidden behind reflective silver-framed glasses, are known to dissect people and lay bare all of their secrets. Dorian is very hard to trick, and almost impossible to manipulate. He learns quickly. He is capable of loving, and loving strongly, but so far the only person to discover this trait is Braeden.
-Flaws: He is rather uncaring of the individuals he treats. While he can manipulate them into thinking he cares, in reality, he often makes them much worse. He has little to no conscience, evidence by his relationship with one of his former patients. Though he is slow to anger, when he does lose his temper, he becomes increasingly violent.

-Weaknesses: Emotionally illiterate, somewhat asocial, fairly germaphobic, and easily nervous in large groups

In-depth physical description:
Dorian is fairly tall and lanky, but not in an overtly unappealing way. He would be quite handsome, but he puts very little effort into his appearance. His hair is somewhat stringy, and his skin oily, though it rarely blemishes. His glasses are thick, which gives his heterochromic eyes a slightly otherworldly look to them. One of the few things he keeps perfectly groomed is his hands. He cannot stand if anything gets under his nails or anything unsanitary touches his palms.

Character history:
Dorian comes from a very strict military family. Any over emotional responses were greatly discouraged, and if he admitted his homosexuality he would have been ostracized—possibly killed. Therefore, he closed himself off from everyone, especially his overbearing father and meddling mother. He began psychology as a better way to understand his own emotions, but the more he dealt with people the more disgusted he was. Eventually he became a criminal psychologist for the mere fact that they had no control over their insanity. All of them disgusted him, though not to the point of his other patients.

And then he met Braeden. Braeden who feels completely justified and at peace with all of the horrors he has committed. Weak-willed Braeden who at this point in his life can barely make any decisions for himself at all. And he’s enchanted.
