Don't worry, by the time Ash got to Kanto Misty went to his mom and had HER make the cake.My scanner cut off dead Psyduck...oh well. I'm not sure if this is mature or not. Opinions?
I put Ash in what I hope the new region's outfit will look like. A bit of a throwback to first season, but still a flair for new.
Drawn for the Ash's-birthday contest for . Took about six and a half hours to color with Prismacolor pencils. Didn't time the rest.

Thank you! All of my colored pieces take a lot of time (because I am detail oriented and don't get enough practice with being fast <<) but I usually don't list how long it takes because I don't want people to think about that when they look at it. I only posted it on this one since it's for a contest and I'd like the judges to know how much time was spent working on it. (I should really time how long it takes from conception of a comic to finishing. That'd be like...a really long time, probably.)
