The fact that they always seem to be doing something funny, makes it worth your time to follow them around with your camera.

Never seen anything like them. I am going to look them up
if I could remember their name on YouTube.

Again, a bird that I have in my own garden a lot!  They even give me a bit of frustration because they insist on eating the leaves off one of the kinds of nice succulent plants I'm growing.  But I let them!  They're great, a friend of mine once raised a chick and it grew up very loving and lovable.  I like how acrobatic this one is looking in the photo ... its legs almost look like they're arms and it's doing chin-ups!

Haha, yes they're really awesome!
Every time I see them, no matter at which zoo, they always seem to be doing something weird - or at least, something that puts them in a weird position. This one tops it, though, with those chin-ups
Oh wow, I didn't know there are birds that eat succulents, though admittedly, it makes sense. It also explains why in one zoo, there were quite some succulents in their habitat.
Raising a bird like this... amazing! And for the little one to turn out loving, even better! I've heard that birds especially have a good memory and even if they're released back in the wild, they can remember where they once lived, and the people who cared for them
