ram (pink haired) is rem (blue haired twin)'s twin, rem is one of the main characters of the show
if you've watched the anime or even bothered to just google it, you'd know that

Rem is the demon maid with short blue hair who works for Roswaal in the mansion. She is nearly identical to her twin sister, Ram, except for her eyes and hair color. As mentioned before, Ram has short pink hair while Rem has blue hair.
You obviously haven't watched the show, or have mistaken Re:Zero for another anime since Rem is the main female character of the show - other than Emilia, that is.

What Sparkle1princess was referencing is a joke, to be precise an overused inside joke. The context is that the other characters didn't remember Rem after her existence was erased by the White Whale's mist and when Subaru mentioned her name, they responded with "who is Rem?". It also refers to how in the light novel, Rem's name and memories were eaten by Ley Batenkaitos resulting in the same situation, in which Ram does not have a sister and only Subaru remembers that she does (or did).
