moslty yeah, it's texture and picture mash-up with a shit load of glue and a little paint over to make everything blend in better... but there's a lot of subtle element I did paint and still painting (it's a wip) like the shadows, the windows, some of the vegetation and texture, and highlights etc.

respect. the only thing I do not like is, that the fog around the foot of the huge structure is too strong
