Here's my failed attempt at what was supposed to lead up to a pregnancy announcement that I did at the beginning of the year. I showed this to my wife...who loves what I do when it comes to creating my OCs and art and whatnot...and while she liked it, didn't particularly care for the model that I chose here to represent her. While the skin tone is very accurate (maybe a touch too dark), the model's eyebrows are super dark and arched...my wife's are not all that dark and not at all arched in such a manner. And even though she will often wear her hair in a similar style such as the one posted here, she didn't care for it either. That led me to kinda giving up on the idea at the moment with this being the only render of a cancelled series just sitting in my Sta.sh folder collecting digital dust.

Well, I finally did get around to rendering a couple of images not only announcing my and my wife's pregnancy, but the literal IMMINENT ARRIVAL of our baby daughter. And being that I did keep my model from this series...which looks far more like me here than it does in the other renders...and the background, I figured that I'd go ahead and post this one too. No, not my best work, but I still wanted to throw it out there.

Fun Fact: You can probably tell that my name is Marcus thanks to my DA user name...my wife's name???? MARQUISA (pronounced MAR-KEY-SAH)...no bullshit. Yep...Marcus and Marquisa...what are the chances of that?!!!!?
