HAZZAH!! I've returned with my latest commission! This one for our very own
I have to thank a lot of people for being so patient with me on the whole commission thing, it's been really bad of me having to have waited for my mail order, and yet lose sight of doing what important to those I call friends...speaking of friends, I'd like to thank ProjectBlue02-sensei for teaching me how to work the program called SAI, and reginadiedraghi, for showing me TwistedBrush, which helped in making the texture in the designs I'm working on. AND most of all, I'd like to thank everyone for being patient with me up till now and tomorrow. Thanks guys.

The symbolism of this persona is very intriguing, even for me. Though she is a white tiger (symbolizing courageous strength of character) and though she seemeth to be like that of a damsel in need of rescue, lo! Beneath her lies the form of an eight legged spider! Thus stating her to be secretive, but also deceptively clever in her first impressions.
While she gazes towards the viewer with welcoming eyes, her more monstrous eye gazes upon the hidden secrets of the scroll before it, (thus representing the fact that even if she is distracted, she "digests" what she reads and learns-A MULTI-TASKER!!) while even suggesting that she is of pleasureable interest, though knowing the spider-it beith a trap made by an enchantress!
Indeed! This arachnid feline is a witchy one, her silken kimono purple with royal station, while the second layer being yellow, the color of both autumn leaves, and trickery (being the color of the cloak Judas wore before he betrayed Jesus Christ) but does this make the enchantress a fiend? Nay, for the closest of the layers to her pure white fur is that of rose red, a warmth towards passionate determination and maybe even hopeful love.
But this is not to say that the spider holds no web, nay! for the back of her kimono is balanced by two skulls! Either to represent the macabre sorrows of death, the desire for unsatable vengance, or even the statement of poetic icon (see Hamlet), perhaps even to state that to keep balance, sacrifices must be made.
Even so, behind her stands the flower of her heralding: The wisteria, a drooping but wise bundle of flowers that if must despair, does so never alone, and for too long. And further behind this stands the Japanese symbol of Knowledge itself: Chishiki. So, ahead of both intelligence and the companionship of the past, this Tsuchigumo states herself to have passed the trials of the mind. But that same mind is represented by the background: a maze of passages and corridors that leads nowhere and everywhere. This final piece to the persona states that should she or anyone try to understand the way the enchantress thinks, they must do so at the perril of being lost and confused, or worse, meeting the beast within (it's also colored in dark aqua, the hue of serenity...so it's a really well atmosphered mind, or perhaps just less dirty. Oh! And due to being that of a zigzag, the maze is like a storm in it's intensity to guard it's secrets from even it's mistress!)
