Ah reminds me of the first time I watched that part.

Being as young as I was, it impressed me. I was even scared. But then I started to like it for the variety and animation. And the music.

The entire production was really impressive even with it's quirkier moments (*glares over at the creepy crocodiles and hippos*)
But yeah! I think that was amongst my favorite scenes after having watched it later in life, definitely frightened me as a child, though.

I think it is a dark animation too. Specially if you watch it first when you are like 7 years old. It leaves a mark. Of dark is cool and they dance too.
