Nice, you never see any fanart of him. I wonder why they didn't make him a reoccuring character, he made an interesting sidekick for General Traag. I remember him from the "Hot Rodding Teenagers from Dimension X" episode, and the TMNT Konami arcade game.
(I kinda wish Konami was the one still making TMNT games. Some people feel UbiSoft's TMNT games aren't as good. I haven't played them though personally.)

I always loved Lt. Granitor and was sad he didn't reappear or get a toy. Oh well. At least he got to be an end-level boss in some TMNT games. I loved his nasally voice which made him sound like Peter Lorre after smoking an entire carton of Marlboros.
