Batgirl zoomed down the streets in her Batgirl-cycle, a big grin on her face as her yellow cape billowed in the wind. Out of the corner of her eye, the purple-clad beauty could see civilians of all ages turning their heads toward her, pointing at her, shouting in recognition. A few were taking out their phones, no doubt snapping pictures of her.
It felt good to be the city's premier super heroine, fighting the good fight. Hardly a week went by without some heroic exploit of hers getting splashed across the papers: a busted drug ring here, a foiled robbery there. She didn't have as many headlines under her (utility) belt as Batman and Robin did, but she was confident that that would change with time. All she needed to do was bag a few A-list criminals.
Maybe she would even get lucky tonight. Wouldn't Batman and Robin be surprised when she showed up at Police HQ with the likes of the Joker or the Penguin in tow...
Then, as she rounded a corner, Batgirl turned toward her adoring fans and gave them a quick wave of acknowledgment. A wave of cheering rang out all around her, and she felt a swell rising in her chest. Her purple boot stamped down on the Batgirl-cycle's gas pedal, and an encouraging roar filled her ears.
Woe betide any criminal that crossed her path tonight...

Trouble with 3D is I have to take what I can get. That was a cycle from some Batgirl character kit somewhere. I guess on the show the seat was white and the faring was more lavender. Plus it had frills all around the edges.
