Description
On the 17th of January, 1921 at Finsbury Park Empire theatre in London, P. T. Selbit became the first magician to perform the sawing in half illusion on a public stage. Since then, it has been adapted, modified and of course performed a multitude of times by many magicians across the world.

This is my little tribute to the illusion that captured my interest when I was a child and no doubt led me into all things magic and detachability.

Oh, and I let Jessica take charge of the saw this time too.
