Woot! Finished. ...Actually I'm almost sad to be done with this. I worked on it for like a week (and it doesn't show, I know). And it was FUN!
Yes, I am serious about 100% of this. Except for the pear saying "woof"...and the part where I tagged BUTTS.

I think its funny on the episode when the master first actually meats the doctor not the master in his old dude form i mean like the 2nd or whtevah when there on the phone and the master's like " Are you asking me on a date?" i thinks thats where you got the idea from. But i think its should be Matt smith 1 cause he's a buttface and 2 cause he's is G-a-y.

Not entirely sure if you're for real or not. Haha. But the Doctor does not hate the Master and never has. He hates his "evil ways" to be sure. But they were very close as children and neither have forgotten that. Both want each other in some way. The Doctor wants his friend to be good so that they can be together, so he doesn't have to be the last of the Time Lords, they can go it together. The Master...is kind of crazy, so you know, who knows, but it'sΒ hard to deny he's kind of obsessed with the Doctor. It was specifically confirmed however by Russell T Davies that the Master chose not to kill the Doctor, and I quote, "because he loves him".
And after the Doctor's offer to take the Master with him so that they can see the universe together, own it by experiencing it, forever and ever, it's hard to believe he hates him.
I didn't get the idea from the line you mentioned, I got the idea from their tragic story and the homoerotic sexual tension I saw in them on screen. And speaking of the Master "in his old dude form" (there have been 5 versions of the Master before John Simm, btw, not just 1), their chemistry did not begin with the Tenth Doctor's era, it is a long and storied tale. There's always been something there.
I don't think any version of the Doctor is gay, least of all Eleven, who loves and married River (and probably has some kind of feelings for Clara, however little I like that idea). I am not convinced he's straight of course. But I know he does love the ladies.

That link doesn't go anywhere, man. And I don't really care if Matt Smith is gay or not; that's the actor, not the character. Matt Smith is also a human being who has probably never time travelled before, while the Doctor is the complete opposite. Matt Smith is an actor and whatever his sexuality is has nothing to do with his character.
You're right that your thought about Time Lord marriage relates in no way... I'm not even sure if there even is an institution of marriage in Time Lord society. Time Lords
can't even reproduce sexually, so there should be no difference between an opposite sex or same sex couple in their society, but that doesn't necessarily mean their culture would view it that way so yeah, that's an open question. It may or may not have been legal on Gallifrey for two men to marry. That will probably never be answered in the show.

Baw thanks!! I have a DVD of one of his stories now (Talons of Weng-Chiang) so he'll definitely be getting a look. (: I have also seen some other Doctors since making this meme - second, third and fifth. Tom Baker is my mum's favourite (as well as her first, I think?) and I know he's been kind of the quintessential image of the Doctor for a long time, and that can't be without reason, so I'm sure I'll love him.

OH MY GOD I swear you are the only other person I know who remembers that Martha was engaged/married to Tom Milligan already before she was suddenly Mickeyfied. WHYYYYYY not that I have anything against Mickey, but it /made no sense/.
