Description Another doodle straight into scraps!

Pippi Longstockings is one of the characters from one of my favourite children's author, Astrid Lindgren. She writes marvellous, wonderful stories for children... which have a whole another level when you read them as an adult.

Pippi, for instance, has everything a kid could possibly want: a sea-captain father (absent), her own house, a horse, a monkey, a suitcase full of gold coins, and to top it off, she's the strongest girl in the world.

She's also a character who feels kind of lonely and not just a little lost, even though I only realised it when I read the books as an adult.

Oh well.

Pippi and the horse-that-looks-like-a-cow.

Well, from Lindgren, Pippi isn't my favourite book... but I do love them.

Like I said before, I'm 27 and it's not that long since the last time i read Pippi Longstockings... so I can't really call it a childhood memory *L* In any case, you're welcome

Well, I'm 27 and it's not *that* long since I last read the book. I can't exactly call them childhood memories
