Very well done! I like this one because you can see all the different violets in one deviation!

Thanks! I really enjoy working with computers and figuring out how to do things, so I'm always trying to come up with new techniques to play withβ¦
It took me quite some time to get everything in position, so that the little pictures weren't blocking the interesting bits of the background, each picture would stand out from the background, etc., as well as trying to piece together five different petals of one of the speckly violets so they'd all look like one solid background. But I had fun doing it!

The speckly one is my favorite, too! I just think it's so amazing what variation you can find in these tiny little flowers that, as often as not, end up under your shoes. I'm originally from an area where they don't really grow, but you can bet I'd be digging them up to save them from the lawnmower too!

it's funny to sometimes see them selling plants you've got in your backyard at garden shops.

Great composition. It's framed wonderfully and it's a great way of showing others the beauty of the many different violets. It's deffinately work worth of praise and to be proud of. Fantastic.

Thanks--for the most part the background is not distorted, just enlarged a great deal, and mixed and matched.
