Hmm, I like the animal more than the girl, could be the anatomy. The style makes me think of japanese woodblock prints, or old english fairytale illustrations. Loving the details in the background.

Tää on aivan iiihana! Mahtava! On menoa ja melskettä sekä kans rauhaa ja harmoniaa taustalla! Tykkään tän fiiliksestä aivan hupsuna, ja toi väritys maalaus styyli tekee kyl osan siitä.
Vähän ehk kaipailisin jotain ruskeeta tai muuta noihin kiviin yms.maassa, mut kyl tää toimii näinkin loistavasti!

Is it supposed to resemble Mononoke Hime? (I make this assertion lightly, a lot of non anime artists hate their art to be compared with anime, as a fan you can´t but help notice though). Awesome anyway!

Oh, I guess through my filter the characters might come out as such, since while looking at the references I didn't see the resemblence at all. wild girls with big guardian spirits should be common enough in folklore and mythology so I can't say I can credit Mononoke Hime for such a thought, heh (even if I am a huge fan of it)

Ohh, Madamemisses Muuuuura, I love the dynamism of this. It has such a beautiful composition, and the muted, earthy colours create such a misty and visceral atmosphere. I don't know if it's digital manipulation, or actual ink, but I'm really diggin' the subtle deep blue of the ink. It compliments that palette of this so wonderfully.
