This was my entry for wett.be's contest on Instagram. 😁 The theme was Fan Art. Actually I had something else in the works, but I put that aside for now and drew this picture. First I wanted to make a picture on A5, then my mom and sister decided that I draw on A4 the picture so I have more space. xD
Mario's voice actor is quitting, but he's still around for the events. So I thought of a relaxed picnic of Mario and his friends as a motive. 😁 And at such a relaxed picnic, the ladies did not want to walk around quite so formal and I have drawn Peach in her summer outfit and Daisy in Thai dress.

The heads of the ladies we are unfortunately too big. I had even reduced the size of Peach's head, but, as it always is, the doodle notices it too late and it is still too big. I have to admit that I traced the lines on the PC, because I could not trace the sketch onto my thick drawing paper. I guess cheating at drawing is what you call it. xD But I did color in with colored pencils again. c:

I'm really looking forward to the new games. Who else?
