Sokka glared at Suki after she'd applied a final swipe of mascara to finish putting on his makeup. "No backing out. Katara and I won fair and square." Refusing to rub the ear she'd given a vicious twist, he turned his ire instead on Toph, sitting not far from him and clad in his favourite Nickelback t-shirt and a pair of baggy jeans. The sight she presented made his irritation rise even higher.

"That's almost what you normally wear!"
"So?" she bit into a plum, almost moaning aloud at the sweetness of the fruit. "All they said was that I had to wear your clothes."
"So you get the cool stuff, and I have to wear MAKEUP? AGAIN!"

An ear cocked in his direction as Toph caught that slip. "Again?" She shook her head. "And you guys wonder about ME being gay."
