But there are lots of others involved, and dunno if some of the higher ranks of Viacom can put the feet on the brakes at times...

yes, but it was not planned by Bryke to make the series like that.

I heard that the 2 studios not managed to finish the stuff and all the post-production - voice artists, sounds, music, last fixes and changes by Bryke - depend on what the Koreans deliver.

Maybe that's the reason there is now only ONE studio. xD
