I use this avatar on most other sites, its become a bit of a "trademark" that people associate with me, so figured it was about time I used it here too.
Just noticed, that is a 12 image stitch, impressive, don't think I have done more than 6 across, I did do a 2 rows of 4, so an 8 image block 4x2, the file size starts to get a bit silly though

Exactly.I had to resize all of them first because my Photoshop was unable to deal with it.He works on eight picture pano for about fifteen minutes.

I think my one was over 200MB and camera resolution before cropping the edge overlaps etc, got lots of memory lol but it does slow things down significantly
I think Photoshop is limited to 200MB max file size by default, so for images over that you have to change the preferences. And be patient!
