He probably won't. Maria was his only friend and he was created to be a cure for her and since he lost her, he was under a lot of stress and sadness.

However, people (eventually) move on, and if he ever does, I don't expect him to be all happy, instead he'll still be a quiet person. Possibly, Shadow would become gentler, or less cruel at least because he had made peace within himself, that it's time to move on with life, like Maria wanted. (Athough Shadow759's videos state otherwise lol) I really doubt it will happen though, the way I hoped at least.....
