Description My version of a Celtic Tree of Life. (The original concept is by Jen Delyth , but I like my design better.)

I will, eventually, get this as a tattoo. Probably. If I can work up the nerve.

I agree, yours is better -- you don't draw yourself into a corner and then have to fudge the geometry to make it work. It has the very well-thought-out symmetry that's a hallmark of real, historical celtic art, not the "add some twisty lines and call it celtic" that you see in a lot of modern imitations.

I found your tree when I was trying to figure out the principles behind branching knotwork (like tree branches, or antlers) and needed a solid example that I could diagram. I looked through a lot of pictures and you have, literally, the best tree on the internet. I'd like to write up a blog post on what I found, and if it's alright with you, I'd like to use this picture to demonstrate? Of course I'd make sure you got all credit for the image, and link back to your DA page or anywhere else you'd prefer.
