on this one the trees look like clouds from a atomic blast.I really like this black and white one much better.

I'm loving this picture... I have a thing about storms, and this one looks as if the clouds are rolling on to pour their loads onto another city. The way you barely included the ground line makes them seem that much bigger, that much more powerful... Right, well, it's a great picture, and a great choice with the blacks and blues and whites ^.^ You're talented, no doubts about it.

This is Atlanta, Ga. Actually, this is a more rural view of Buckhead, with Atlanta being to the far right...coming into the picture.

OMG! I was going to suggest this yesterday when you showed me the shots! But I thought it was a lame idea! But wow...it is certainly amazing. You get the great contrast and the unusual color of the sky! Really nice work on this one, Jesse. I love how it turned out.

Really liking the clouds. I think it's the landscape that can lend a fallout feel, but I didn't get that much of the nuclear crap from it.
More like... urbanization.
The clouds make this--the rest of it I'm not too sure of. I just don't like the city area, it looks unappealing and doesn't really stir much response... so my inclination is an uncomfortable indifference.
*stares at the clouds*

not urbanization, which is why i picked part of the city that had trees stretched between it.
trust me, if the city wasnt there, there would be no response stirred at all...its intent is to offset the color that is played through the clouds.
