My gosh, this takes my breath away. Just the sheer depth and detail put into this is astounding. I can't believe that this is a drawing! I'd like to think it's a photograph!
The textures are wonderful! The towering walls of what I can only guess belong to a city are magnificent. They look dangerous and invincible.
As for the dragon, I was rendered temporarily speechless. I had to put off commenting for a day or two because I just couldn't form words to describe how impressed I am by this piece. I love, love, love the dragon. Its pose is incredible; something about it just seems full of power and fierceness. Those little tears in its wings add worlds of character. Its little cloaked rider (it is its rider, right? I would hate to offend you if it was just a part of the dragon) looks so small on the beast, yet you've found a way to make them both look strong and capable.
I can't even express how much this piece amazes me. You have an incredible talent.

Specifying a little bit:
About the "tears", as you've called them. I wanted to make the scales hard enough to see, but not too perfidiously clear, just softly suggest their existence. I'm glad you like them 
With the walls and pillars I had quite a nice puzzle, I had no idea how to make them and there were a few versions, but it ended up like this.
And yes, it indeed is the rider (he's carrying a lance). Ufff, a relief... I was afraid noone would recognise it!
