This is an illustration of byronycal 's poem, Nostalgia (EN)The scent of dry leaves descends
from the faint hot red sunset:
in the lukewarm evening
the smooth, foamy flow of the sea.
My breath cools in the shade of olive trees
where sounds of summer storms play:
roaring laughter and the friendly flare
of smiles, poured in pleasant company.
A dog’s wet gaze, crackling cicadas
and mumbling motherly flavours
sweetly swing, mirrored
in the copper of ancient pots.
Waiting for my distant hand to take the usual road
and softly open the half-closed doorstep,
among the wood knots sleeps
the jingle of homely memories..

Tools used:
Layer 1: watercolour
Canson Watercolour Paper (300g/m2,A4 size)
0.5 mechanical pencils
Koh-I-Noor watercolour pencils
Erasers
Maimeri acrylic - White

Layer 2: ink
Fabriano tracing paper
0.2 fineliner
cutter

Krita 3.1.2 to merge the two layers and to adjust the colours.
