Once, there was a time when the creature's of Grimm were thought as beasts of the world. Natural beings, possessed by the souls of evil spirits or even the revengeful spirits of animals returned. Over time however, that would all change...

As man began to expand his territories, he soon found himself faced against far more horrific Grimm. In some instances, Grimm possessing multiple traits of various beasts crammed together to form something more...twisted...

Such is the case with the Crowned Tyrant. A creature combining the savagery of one of nature's kings with the majesty of a creature straight from a child's fairy tale. Yet in spite of the regal nature of its counterparts, there is nothing noble about this frightful beast.

True to its name, Crowned Tyrants rule over the secluded forests and jungles of Remnant, armed with a terrifying array of weapons. Six legs give it unparalleled speed and maneuverability, and coupled with its horrific ability to contort its flexible body, makes the beast an uneasy opponent to face. Two tails: a sharp blade to skewer enemies, the other a whip ending with a tip built like a morning star.

Though its most notable (and arguably, most dangerous weapon) would be the Crowned Tyrant's Great Horns. Massive bladed fixture upon either of its brow, easily capable of stabbing, slicing, or skewering. If this wasn't enough, the horns slowly builds up energy over the course of battle. The longer it fights the more and more energy stores within its body, and when the energy has reached its threshold it is discharged from the horns as a massive brilliant bolt of lightning.

While many Grimm actively seek out humans and their dwellings, they are content to remain hidden far within the depths of their territory. The reason is unknown.
