The Dark-Type member of the High Council: Absol.

The High Council is basically the ruling party over the land in which my story takes place. Each member represents a specific type. And has ONLY that one type. Absol here is the member holding the Dark-Type slot

As we all know, Absol has the ability to sense disasters with his horn and goes around to warn people of these disasters. Before he joined the High Council, he was just a shadow in the night. He came to many villages, using his scythe to carve patterns in the ground of the village square. Each pattern pertaining to a different disaster. This gave time for the village to act and prepare for the disaster. And when some people were to slow, he'd come in and save them. He acted like a Guardian Angel to many. These acts caught the attention of the High Council and asked him to join, figuring he could help more people this way he accepted. Absol uses his power to sense a disaster and then relay it to the rest of the council so they can act per-accordingly. Also, to keep up with the dark theme, I gave him a scythe. just to make him more menacing.

I'm debating on whether or not to give him his Mega evolution since it has to be based on plot if it's just him (no I'm not turning him evil), or the whole Council must have Mega Evos.

One more detail, he can switch between his current Anthro form and his bipedal, beast-like one. Kinda like the Oina in Okami.

Speaking of the rest of the Council, who do YOU want to be in the high council? remember it must be ONLY the type that it's filling in for.

edit: I added ears and gave him a new scythe. No ears kinda bugged me and I felt the scythe was too small.
