Personality

Admentis was, before the attempted assassination, a shy teenager. He still does have his short moments of fear and that can make him tense up, but overall, he’s become more brave and calm. He loves to be in a peaceful situation and adores those that he considers allies or friends. His hyperness does tend to take over when around some siblings and friends. He does dislike others when it comes down to racial comments and will try to defend those that are seen as weak and vulnerable.

He was a very caring boy, and now he is a very strong, caring man. He is one to now speak up towards his own siblings and no longer desires to be treated like a fool. He uses his intelligence to outsmart those indirectly, or to spread his own wisdom about an area. Even though he’s gone through so much in his life, he does tend to forgive people easily and does tend to hope that they will find sanctuary inside of themselves.

His main personality trait is that he loves to help others, even those that are originally against him. This will, in time, make him have a father-like trait.

Backstory

Years before Admentis's birth, there was a Genyr female named Michelle. She was a beautiful Genyr who had light green hair and a bright smile. She was part of the surviving Genyrs which were saved in the past. Living among the community full of Dhokkalfers growing up made the young woman quite sad, especially due to the fact that none of them seemed to have interest in her romantically, that is, until she met face-to-face with Calicifur. Calicifur was, deep down, one of her first love interests, so much so that she even decided to occasionally pick flowers for him and other items, as if trying to impress him just to have no success. She was quite desperate for the royal dhokkalfar, so much so that she even went out of her way to try and please him more with bigger gifts and luxurious items. She was, by all means, a hopeless romantic.

Eventually, Calicifur started to notice the female coming around more often, in which he saw it as an opportunity. As Michelle held out flowers to the Dhokkalfer king, he pulled her close and gave her a deep kiss, making her eyes widen in shock, yet also in pleasure. Feeling the pleasure becoming intense, she eventually started to lose herself in his lips, eventually leading the already hormonal Calicifur to the bedroom with her. She thought she had someone, and not just anyone, but the sire himself. As the next day arrived, however, that was not the case, as Calicifur was only hormonal and desired nothing more to do with her. As she stepped out of the bedroom and was greeted by such words, her heart shattered into more than a thousand pieces. Without warning, the genyr female had slammed her hand against his face, catching the king off guard and in awe. He started to laugh and released a moan, gripping her tightly, "Out." he told her, and then forced her out of his palace, leading to Michelle being heartbroken for a month to come.

After a month, she started to feel very odd and slightly ill. She would throw up and occasionally hold her stomach in pain, she couldn't understand what was going on, until another Dhokkalfer had pointed it out to her that is. After it was pointed out, she had finally realized that she was pregnant, and not just with anyone's baby, Calicifur's baby. Feeling her sick feeling build up more, she decided to walk up to the palace once more, nervous as can be, scared as can be, after all, he didn't love her like she thought he did during that one night stand. She held her belly and closed her eyes as Calicifur made his way towards her after being notified by a guard. Looking down at her small form, Calicifur tilted his head.

"What? What is it?" he questioned, then realized almost right away that her expression had grown depressed. She touched her belly and glanced up at him, "I'm pregnant, with your child, I don't know what to do." she admitted, throwing the king off, he didn't expect this to happen, not with her. He grew a grin, then laughed deeply, making the female's frown grow. "How about this then?" he leaned forward, getting very close to her face, "You have the baby, and I'll take it off of your hands, how about that?" he asked, knowing fully well that the baby would have some form of royal blood in it.

Michelle, hesitating, looked at him and frowned, "You wish to take my child? I mean.." she started, just to get interrupted, "Our child, and you'll be able to visit whenever you wish, you understand? It is of most importance that the child is with me."

With those few words, Michelle, feeling like this might be the best decision for her, nodded. After all, she didn't have the best lifestyle for something with royal blood, nor did she really know how to care for a baby. All she ever wanted was love, nothing more than that. She glanced back down to her stomach and rubbed it, this is what started it all.

After several months, she had finally had her baby boy, Admentis. Admentis came out looking like a Dhokkalfer's child, yet he had some mint colored hair poking out of his scalp. She felt her heart warm up to the bouncy baby boy, yet even then, she felt so confused and slightly scared. What was she to do?

Admentis was, in fact, different. He lacked horns, yet kept the Dhokkalfer skin tone and teeth. He looked quite odd compared to everyone else, even herself. She felt a sigh escape from her anxiety filled lips and then lifted her head up at those who helped her with the birth of the newborn prince. Calicifur waited outside with a couple of his men, staring through the door at the baby and when the time arrived, he was taken out of the room by Calicifur and was introduced to the rest of the royal family.

As a year followed, Admentis would receive visitations from his mother every so often. She would often leave gifts and would try to bring back all she could for her baby to have. One day, she didn't return, and the baby Admentis could feel it as he cried out for her.

Michelle lived on the outskirts, where many would enter and leave the area. As she sat in her home, yelling was heard followed by loud crash noises and screams. She could hear the angry screaming of Calicifur and another powerful figure outside, Ardal. Ardal was the king of Damerians, a tyrant, a dictator, who made an alliance with Calicifur years previous, yet now, that alliance had been broken. As Ardal and Calicifur fought, Damerians and Dhokkalfers fought, leading the city to be caught in a blaze of fire. Several Damerians and Dhokkalfers littered the streets, and eventually, Michelle had been rumored to have joined them among the dead.

Years afterwards, Admentis grew up not knowing his mother and would often be picked on by his family for being hornless. He would also tuck close to those who accepted him and keep all the gifts that his mother had given him close to his form at all times. Every single time his mother is mentioned, the young hybrid would feel pain in his throat and begin crying, it was evident that she had loved him, she left him all of these gifts. Whenever he feels down, he holds all items close to him and tries to cherish every single day the best that he can.

Not that long ago, he started to develop an idea about how the hornless and horned should work together to no longer feud over each other. Of course, this was disliked among some of the Dhokkalfer community. He did rally up supporters and this ideology nearly led him to be assassinated by Harken, the once loyal guard of Calicifur. This event not only left a permanent scar next to his shoulder, but also caused Admentis to take action on this new idea that he had in mind, a sanctuary, a kingdom. After many long months of preparation, he finally completed his kingdom and even went as far as to adopt the terrified daughter of Harken’s, Rouge, against the wishes of some of his siblings.
