Oho, Something that isn't a mini-magnet compilation~!

After quite a long time of work, at least two months, probably more, I have finally finished this blanket for myself!

Now if I could just finish that baby blanket so my mom will get off my case...

But anyway!

I made this blanket using nothing but a metal size 10½ or K crochet hook, and more skeins of Lily Sugar'n Cream, worsted weight 100% cotton yarn in the color "Psychedelic," than I bothered to count. If I had to guess though, I'd say probably about 20-25, since they are only 2 oz. (56.7 gram) size skeins, and the blanket weighs about 2-3 lbs.

My blanket, which is Much larger than the one made in the tutorial, measures out to about 6' 4" from one peak to the other, which works out nicely since there are 12 peaks and 12 valleys all the way around. I used a Monster High blanket I've been using on my bed lately to gauge when it was time to stop, so this should do nicely on my twin-sized bed with me in it.

I really love how this came out because of the choice of yarn color . To me, all the little different patches of color look like puzzle-pieces all put together.

I'm just so happy it's done after so long so I can finally use it~!
