wow, i found that photograph sad before i read your story to it. that is very tragic indeed...some faces fade too fast. this piece is very emotional and i knew it before reading the replies. it portrays the passing of time and how much things change, people leave and smiles are lost. i'm sorry

Well it was actually taken in my desheveled old back yard. I took the photo when I was in high school. The previous summer I had been out in those chairs next to our little fire pit with my cousin and a friend. That friend left to go to the convenience store for some soda, and he never came back. The next morning my cousin called his house and we found out that he had been murdered...shot 3-5 times...and he was very far ( out in the country) from my house. We still don't know how or why. That is was these chairs remind me of. Fun times lost. I didn't think that it would be portrayed so sadly for anyone but me though....sorry I bet that story didn't make you feel any better...me neither....

HAhahaha I felt like such a little old lady on Tuesday morning I woke up and all my joints hurt. My fingers didn't want to bend, my wrists hurt, my elbows knees and ankles...I don't know why? They are still a little achy... but guess what? It rained here tuesday night....I think I may be that little old lady in a rocking chair on the porch warning "Storms a'coming!!!!" LOL sad....I am not old enough to be all achy!

yeah I am almost 27, I went hiking around Bodie on Sunday, but it wasn't difficult, and there aren't really even any hills to climb, just dense grasses and soft ground. It could have been from that but I doubt it. I am not that wussy. They just started hurting out of the blue. I just have health issues I guess.
