A couple of days ago I came across this deviation (link ) when browsing someone's favourites. At first glance it seemed to me that she wore a full lenght dress, but after doing some quick research on the character I found out that wasn't the case. A bit disappointing, but not really surprising. However, I still really liked her look, enough to justify making this.

Pokemon is another of those extremely popular things I'm simply not into. I watched very early episodes in Cartoon Network when I was a kid, when Ash was accompanied by Misty and Brock. I know later on he was teamed with other characters whose names escape to me. Plus I always believed that Ami and Yumi's hair colors were influenced by the looks of the Rocket Team. However, it never grew on me and I never owned any Nintendo product -aside from a pirate version of a console- let alone played any of the Pokemon games. I didn't really expect to make art of a Pokemon character until I saw the picture I linked above. I admit there are other characters of this series I might draw, but for now I don't promise anything.
