When you submit your artwork, you need to put it in the category:
"film and Animation". Easy as it seems. However, there are some strict regulations for this category (basically, you have to own all the right for all the aspects of the film), and rightfully so. Be sure to read them before submitting.

I can only suggest to read all regulations and notes in the help menu, conserning this category. There must be a troubleshoot guide, or an email address to write to.
