Kinda weird title, since today is NOT my un-birthday, but still.All done in illustrator. Wallpaper pattern is [link] by ~Giboo
The Mad Hatter is done with a reference. Frame around him is originally a stock image from sxc.hu, but has been severely manipulated for my use, and the ornaments in the foreground are deviated from a vector resource pack of some sort.
