i love your comment as well. the orriginal idea is that he's preparing to kiss her hand, but he does it with very much care for the details of his movemens, one hand holding hers while the other is, yes, pushing bch her sleeve. and if you add the fact that i've always imagined his hands to be ice- cold, you can imagine the electric shiver she should feel.
