Notes: Though he appears angry, he's enjoying himself when he's killing furries. He's also the first member of TFS. (Task Force Slayer)
Edit: This design is officially old and not up to my current standards as far as weapons, armor, and uniform. Even my haircut is different, so I intend on making a newer picture for my concept.

Well, I point out to my friends that if a character is wearing body armor chances are hit/she WILL get hit, this way they're not perceived as invincible AND to show that they wear it for a reason.
