So it's really, really late, but I finally finished my second Secret Santa. This one's for zee lovely RusticLass of their beautiful boy Q. He was such a blast to draw, and his coat is so perfect in contrast to this white snowy background. I'm really sorry you had to wait so long to get your SS.
So yeah, might want to explain the picture a little. See, I found this song about Christmas time when I was listening to Pentatonix's Christmas album and fell in love with the eeryness to it. I wanted to draw a picture to it from the moment I heard it, but never got a chance to do so. Well part of me was tempted to draw Q to the song. It might not fit him perfectly but I figured there was enough blood in his story for it to possibly work... and you had said to have fun and all. I still never got to it though. But one night laying down I got this image, of Q in a snowstorm looking back, horses in the distance, and the viewer is looking from down in the snow, with a bit of blood for taste. I also got this image during tests and lots of homework and in the middle of my depression, so I never got to draw it. Today when I sat down to draw finally (I'm still not completely out of my art block which is why I literally waited till the last minute) I still had that vision in my head and so I went with it.
Hopefully it looks ok and that you don't mind me using your baby to get out my winter madness. I had a blast drawing him. Have a nice... ah... year.
