Tenten doesn't get NEARLY enough screen time in the anime, or the manga. And she's about to express how she feels about it, to a poor unsuspecting Hinata who just HAD to ask what was "wrong". LOL.

It's a comic of I'm-not-sure-how-many-parts in which Tenten discusses the screen-time of the other kunoichi compared to her, and how she thinks she should have more screen-time. And her plan to get that screen-time will be revealed soon enough with the mystery guest.
