Today i have some Female Hair styles for Learning Manga Basics. Hair and hair style is a big topic so there
will be more step by step Tutorials that go more into detail and a lot more styles in the next time from my side.
I'm also working on male hair so be patient it will take some time to work it up for you
There will be a lot more course content for you in the next time so hang in and try some of the tutorials.
i would be happy if it helps to improve and give you an easy understanding of manga in basics.

Do you have any recommendation on how to draw braided hairs in various angle? I always struggle in drawing those ._. When a braid twists/turns around, it's hard to determine how it would look from the side or back.
If you don't have the recommendation right now, I wish you include braided hair steps in the future step by step tutorials.

Hair is the hardest part for me to draw. When I draw hair it looks different from the rest of the drawing for some reason. It never flows together. TT_TT

A girl with messy hair may have a wild personality, or a lazy one. Neat, well kept hair may be someone responsible, someone serious... Braids, she may be the studious type.
Of course it's not just hair, you need to combine facial features, accessories, colors and so on...

Alright.
When you say 'smooth' do you mean a long, straight and even line (not wobbly), or do you mean that the edge of the lines you draw are jagged/pixellated?
For the first one, if you use SAI, you could set the stabilizer to a higher setting like 15, S-3 etc. It allows you more time for doing the actual stroke so it's easier to make a smooth one.
For the second one it is often an issue with the brush or the file-format you're using, in SAI try setting the quality to 3 or 4.
With firealpaca it is 'Correction' and 'anti-aliasing' settings.Β I don't really know much about other programs.Β But I bet they probably have similiar settings somewhere too.

My first impression is definetly that it is super hard to draw in. Theres a bunch of options i dont even know how to use, and it was a bit laggy. Now my anatomy could use some work ( i have a lot of trouble drawing faces from different angles) but the line art drawing is definetly smoother for me than sai.Β

This is most likely caused by the fact that they are blkank faces showing no emotion, this is normally attributed to heartless killers. And thus the feeling you get.
