DIGITAL ART IS DIFFICULT.Urrrgh, it would be nice to be able to say that this is just a doodle I made in an hour or so. But in reality it must have taken at least 6 hours. And then I kinda gave up. =w=
Oh and I totally used a reference for the pose: [link]

...I kind of lolled, sorry. Because, even if you say so, I still think it looks really nice. =3 And it's normal to find it more difficult, since you're not that used with digtal meda, to begin with. It'd be the same if I used traditional now, since I've spent so much time only in the digital one. But you'll get better and more used to it with time, so don't worry so much, ok?
They look adorable, btw, and using reference for this kind of scene is always good~~ (I feel like pushing them into each other's arms)

I think you did a really awesome job! And to think that you hardly (or never?) done digital art before, it's really, really good! 
Though, I can see that you're not used to it. xD But it's just practice and exploring the digital program and the tablet, and you'll eventually learn some more cool stuff. :3 That's how I've been learning, but I still have sooo much to learn. 8DD;;

I've done stuff with Paint and a mouse. But this is the first serious digital drawing, yes.
I feel a little discouraged to try again, but maybe after I've enjoyed making some traditional stuff, I can try again. =W=

Yeap, it's so annoying when it feels that digital art takes triple the time of what it would have take traditionally. That's why I stick with traditional. XD;

I prefer traditional as well, but because I'm studying animation I'll have to make digital art at school soon. And I wanna learn to use tablet even a little bit before the serious business begins.

Itsekin sain hiljattain piirtolevyn ja yllätyin, miten pirun vaikeaa mokomalla piirtäminen onkaan. Kyllähän digitaalisesti on mukava piirustella, mutta todellakin vie paljon enemmän aikaa kuin lyikkärillä raapustaminen.

Joo, vei hieman aikaa oppia piirtämään "välikäden" kautta, tottunu siihen että se mihin piirtää kans tulee sitä jälkeä, ja nyt se kuva tuleeki sitte ihan toiseen paikkaan.
