Jeeeezzz guysssss xD This was nearly impossible More info later, its super late, but I wanted to get this done today, even though its not quite *EscyKane 's b-day But it is in 5 days! So Happy Birthday, Escy!

Anyway, you are such an amazing artist Every single time I see one of your pieces, I sit there with my jaw dropped for a good while, amazed that that quality work is even possible XD So the least I could do was do give you a birthday present of your Kaladerion I considered Sandman or Joker, but I'm not good at unrealistic horses and I didn't want to kill them XD Anyways, I hope you like it!!! And I hope Kaladerion looks okay :3

Been meaning to get around to commenting on this since it finally showed up.

... And you wonder why people think it's so amazing? I don't think I need to repeat it, but I have to say how much I adore the shading on his neck, eye and bridle. But seriously, the painting on the neck is gorgeous!
Now I'm going to be a bit nit-picky; the various lines of light on his face get a bit distracting, and he could do with some color variation. He seems for the most part to be the same shade of brown, and even the most uniform chestnuts have areas with more (or less) orange/gold/red/dark brown than the rest of the coat.

WOW.
I'm overwhelmed!
I didn't expect to get any birthday presents, I didn't even know that dA showed my birthday in public... And now I got THIS. Kalle looks perfect on this portrait! You drew him so well, his coat color is exactly how I imagined it should be, and the head shape is soooo typical Kalle, too! I love his attentive look The amount of detail in it is incredible, all those facettes and wrinkles! Even the bridle looks like a photo! I can't believe you're only 14 and already that good!

Wow it really feels as if Kalle was real He looks like a star... like one of these famous studs in those glossy brochures you can buy to find a stallion for your mare... It's unbelievable to see my personal creation, a fictive character, like this...

BUT, are you crazy, girl? How could so spend 10 HOURS to make a birthday present for me??? I don't deserve that, really!
