Roxanne is unimpressed with your evil posturing AKA you aren't Megamind, do not want. Seriously, this sort of shit happens to her like every other week, you'd think the villains would stop trying to intimidate her. Although I think it's been awhile since she's seen any of the Doom Syndicate, and deep down she does know that she's in a bit more danger now than she was with Megamind.
Edit - tweaked Roxanne's lips - she is one of the more difficult characters for me for some reason.

Roxanne is difficult for a lot of artists. Don't let it bother you. She's recognizable and her face is expressing the appropriate emotions of contempt and irritation.

Lol apparently I was more motivated than I thought tonight, did a quick fix. That's going to be one of those things I'll hopefully be better about on the pages in progress.

You're right about that, it took me a bit to figure out why she looks so off.
It's definitely something I'll be doing on future pages, I'll try to go back and tweak things once I have time.
