I really like the eyes. Nice job overall, good use of reflection in the eyes with the blue. The eyes nose and mouth all "pop" out, so that's good. They have 3d form, also good use of facial colors, some warm pinks, yellows, some greens in there. However, the hair needs work, It looks more like it's unfinished. And I think the background color blends in "too" much with skin tone, you could cool it down with a greyish tone of that shade so the face is emphasized more. But really nice work, I like it.
