It’s probably for the best that Tikki couldn’t see the baby. At such an early stage in the pregnancy, Emma wouldn’t have looked like much.
If Tikki was able to see the fetus, she might worry that something was wrong with Marinette and Adrian’s second child...

Actually, embryos are kind of...kwami proportioned? So she might've found it oddly kinda cute. ^^
^This one is around 6-8 weeks if I recall, so probably not too far off from what Tikki might've seen if she'd had sufficient light.
