Thank you , this is the palm island by Design Anvil, and I've used the sand shader from mec4D's 2nd pack, with tiling at 60x60 .

Thank you , the bikini comes from Rendero, I don't remember it's exact name (ruffle bikini, something like that), but the author is named Tazacafe.
